About Ailurophile

Hello there! 

My name is Sabrina, and I am the founder of Ailurophile, . I am a mom first, entrepreneur second. I have a little boy that I love so much with a little girl on the way. Entrepreneurship is a hard road and is even harder with a little one. It can be difficult to balance being an amazing mom, building a business and running a household. However, I believe in my business, and I have my eyes on the long game. Persistence is key. My littles won't be little forever, and every minute counts. I am slowly paving the way to a thriving future now while they are young, so when they are older, they know their dreams can be a reality with hard work. 

 The concept of Ailurophile came to me in January 2024 and by February, we were in business. My first year of business is coming to a close. It is safe to say that I learned a lot. I learned about myself, about cats, and their preferences. I taught myself to sew, sold at markets (not my favorite), got my products into stores (more to come). I am excited for the next year ahead. 

I have been asked, why cats? My answer is why not cats? They are social animals that love to be loved and give love in return. Misunderstood, yes? Let's break that stigma. I am proud to make toys that bring joy to cat households. It not only brings joy to the cats, but their owners. When a cat owners gives me a review, they do so with excitement. They are so excited, because their cat is excited. I love to watch our cat videos not just because how happy the cats are, but I hear the happiness in the owners voice too <3

What does the future hold? Hmmm, whatever God wills, am I right? I have a vision of an animal therapy, rehabilitation and adoption center. I am a firm believer of the healing nature of animals and the companionship they bring.
